The Part number from the dealer is 5011214AA
Cost: $36.23

Cold air intakes (or open element filters) are common these days, but still expensive. There are some cheap alternatives to the K&N and AEM's out there. One such is a company called Spectre. Found on the shelves at Pep Boys. For my 2002 Tahoe, it cost $125.00
Stay tuned for the simple install and full review
