I finally got my new Allied beadlocks in. I got a killer deal from a supplier on Pirate4x4.

Its 17x12.5x9 aluminum with steel outer rings.

This install is actually very easy that can be done with:

Bucket

Torque wrench for 13 FT/lBS

Water and soap

BB's

Steps are as follows:

1) Soap the tire bead really well and the also the rim surface.

2) Place wheel on top of a 5 gallon bucket to keep the wheel elevated off the ground.

3) Take your soaped up tired and slide the inside bead over the wheel carefully without having the wheel fall off the bucket, two people make this step a lot easier

4) Now this is an extra step that I decided to do.  I went to Walmart and bought a couple of large bins of airsoft BB's.  Two is plenty.  For a 37" tire its optimum to run about 12 ounces for beadlocks. Here is the chart to see how many you will need.

I have had 0 issues for vibration. I am deffinetlely balancing my tires this way from now on. Tires chunk off, mudd on tires? No problems the beads with counter act this.

5) After the bead slide the outer bead onto the wheel

6) Put on ring and 32 bolts and tighten down to 13 FT/LBS.  Be sure to put Anti-sieze on the bolts if you ever want to take them back off!!!

7) Now do this 3 more times, See you in an hour Tongue out
